Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist Physician — Mooresville, IN (FT, Flexible Schedule)

Location: Mooresville, IN

Summary:
Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team providing expert inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care to improve patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborate with local obstetricians while maintaining autonomy and a strong work/life balance.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually
• Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management
• Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including management of obstetric emergencies
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians and hospital staff
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven skills in clinical management of obstetric patients and emergencies
