OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Jacksonville & Multiple Florida Locations

We are seeking experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our hospitalist team in Florida. This role focuses on delivering consistent, expert care to every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital, improving patient safety and satisfaction while supporting local obstetric practices. The position offers collaborative clinical work, strong support for quality improvement, and a flexible schedule that promotes an excellent work/life balance.

Opportunities available in Fleming Island, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Jacksonville, Miami, Miramar Beach, Orange Park, Pensacola, Plant City, Safety Harbor, South Miami, St. Augustine, and Trinity.

Position highlights

• Competitive salary range: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with schedule flexibility; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Competence in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
