OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time, Competitive Salary & Benefits)

We’re looking for compassionate, experienced OB/GYN physicians to join our team and help ensure every pregnant woman who comes to the hospital receives expert, consistent care. This role is built to improve patient safety and satisfaction while letting you collaborate with local obstetricians and maintain a healthy work/life balance.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care and manage obstetric emergencies.
• Work alongside local OB physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality-improvement efforts and contribute to a growing, supportive hospitalist program.

Where we’re hiring
Opportunities are available across California in: Clovis, La Mesa, Lancaster, Los Angeles, Merced, Rancho Mirage, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, Tarzana, Thousand Oaks, and Visalia.

Schedule and compensation

• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible schedule creation.
• Typically 7–9 shifts per month (24-hour shifts), giving you about 21 days off each month.
• No on-call responsibilities or office management duties.
• Salary range: $300,000–$340,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
• Potential for bonuses tied to flexible scheduling.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• California medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing inpatient OB/GYN care.
