OB Hospitalist – OB/GYN Physician in Kernersville, NC | $300–340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call

Join a team committed to making every birth safer and every patient feel heard. We’re looking for experienced OB/GYNs to provide expert inpatient care for pregnant women presenting to the hospital, ensuring consistent, high-quality coverage and improved patient outcomes.

About the role
You’ll work alongside local obstetricians as a hospital-based specialist, handling inpatient OB/GYN care and obstetric emergencies with autonomy and support. The position is designed to preserve work/life balance—typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)—with no office management duties or traditional on-call responsibilities. You’ll have the flexibility to help build a schedule that fits your life.

Compensation & schedule

• Salary range: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling and potential for bonuses
• Typical shift pattern: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Licensed in North Carolina or able to obtain licensure
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player committed to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
