OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300K–$340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call (Brookhaven/Jackson/Meridian, MS)

Locations: Brookhaven, Jackson, and Meridian, MS.

Overview:
Join a hospital-based team providing consistent, expert care for every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians in a hospitalist model that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction while supporting physician work/life balance.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually
• Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off monthly)
• No on-call obligations or office management duties
• Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses
• Ability to create your own schedule

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and acute inpatient conditions
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing, and ancillary staff
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Mississippi medical license or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
