Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Value-Based Primary Care (Arlington, TX)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Arlington, TX. The physician will manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, emphasize continuity and preventive care, and build strong patient-provider relationships for adults (18+).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care for adults (18+)
• Perform comprehensive assessments, including histories and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret tests; prescribe medications; develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality and timely patient flow

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and DEA registration in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
