Locums Non-Invasive Cardiologist — Outpatient, 3–5 Days/Wk, No Call/Weekends, $260/hr

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage in Brattleboro, Vermont. This outpatient-only role offers a flexible 3–5 day workweek with no call, no weekends, and a controlled patient load—ideal for physicians prioritizing work-life balance.

Compensation: $260 per hour

Practice overview

• Outpatient cardiology clinic
• Schedule: 3–5 days per week
• No call and no weekend shifts
• Adult patient population
• Average volume: ~16 patients per day
• EMR: Cerner

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac testing, including echocardiograms and EKGs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialty teams
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in Cerner

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
