Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Collaborative, Modern Practice (Boston, MA)

We’re looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, supportive setting.

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced primary care APPs (2+ years outpatient experience) who can independently manage their own patient panel.
• Newer APPs or those without outpatient experience who want to grow into ambulatory care while collaborating closely with an experienced physician or advanced practice provider.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a modern clinical environment.

What we require

• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one.
• For independent practice: at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience managing your own panel.
• For the collaborative role: openness to supervised practice while building outpatient skills.
