Family Medicine Physician — Primary Care Opportunity in Greenwood, SC

You’ll play a central role in shaping our primary care program—working to prevent illness, manage chronic conditions, and educate patients about wellness—while collaborating with colleagues to provide coordinated, high-quality care.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using current evidence-based guidelines.
• Promote preventive health and coach patients on disease prevention and healthy living.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Help develop and improve primary care programs and initiatives that meet community needs.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Active South Carolina medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics experience is a plus).
