Vascular Surgeon — Program-Lead Opportunity (Denver Metro NW)

We’re seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to be the lead physician and driving force behind a growing vascular surgery program at a thriving regional health system northwest of Denver. This is a rare chance to help build a service line from the ground up while benefiting from the resources and stability of an established hospital and a collaborative surgical team.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the program’s anchor physician, shaping clinical services and growth strategies.
• Build a balanced practice that includes outpatient care, elective cases, and acute vascular care.
• Perform open and endovascular procedures (experience in both is preferred).
• Participate in call coverage and work closely with hospital leadership to advance quality, patient access, and program development.
• Contribute to quality initiatives, mentorship, and collaborative care across specialties.

Compensation & benefits

• Guaranteed base salary at the 2026 MGMA median: $625,000
• Additional earning potential through productivity incentives

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Eligibility for Colorado medical licensure
• Strong interest in program development and clinical leadership
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
