Locum NP or PA — Primary Care (4-Day Week, Sunnyside, WA; $70–$85/hr)

We’re looking for an experienced clinician to join a well-established primary care practice in Sunnyside, Washington, on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis. This immediate opening is outpatient-focused, covers patients of all ages, and offers a flexible four-day workweek with no call—perfect if you value work-life balance while providing comprehensive care.

What the role looks like

• Ongoing locum coverage with an immediate start
• Four days per week (32 hours total)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Patient population: all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)
• Pay: $70–$85 per hour

What you’ll do

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care across the lifespan
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and routine follow-ups
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance
• Keep accurate, timely medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams across clinic locations

Who we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active Washington State license required
• Board certification required
• Primary care or family medicine experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
