Outpatient Pediatric NP/PA — M–F 8–5, Epic, Low Call (Martinsburg, WV)

Join a well-regarded healthcare organization in Martinsburg as an advanced practice provider on a growing outpatient pediatric team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys delivering comprehensive, family-centered care and collaborating closely with experienced physicians and clinical staff.

What you’ll do:

• Provide full-scope outpatient pediatric care for patients from newborns through the age range you prefer.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Perform wellness exams, preventive care, and immunizations.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the Epic EMR.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Schedule and setting:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (outpatient only)
• Typical daily volume: 16–18 patients
• EMR: Epic

Call expectations:

• After-hours phone call only; no in-person call responsibilities
• Call frequency: 1–2 weekday calls per month and about 3 weekends per year

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certified as an NP or PA
• Active West Virginia license or ability to obtain one
• DEA registration required by start date
• Pediatric experience is preferred
