CRNA Job-Share in Dumas, TX — $270K (1099) for 26 Weeks, Autonomous Practice & Malpractice Paid

We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CRNA to join our Dumas, Texas team in a job-share role. This position offers a flexible arrangement—26 weeks of coverage per year—allowing you to practice autonomously while being part of a supportive, patient-centered environment.

What you’ll do:

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a broad range of cases
• Practice independently while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of anesthesia services
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
