Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Atlanta GA | Competitive Pay, Flexible Schedules

We are seeking a patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area. This role provides collaborative clinical support, a consistent schedule, and care for a diverse patient population.

Locations

• Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone, GA

Schedule

• Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week; every-other-weekend required; weekend availability mandatory.
• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours/week with consistent availability. Must meet one of:
  • Two weekdays (total 24 hours/week), or
  • One weekday (12 hours) plus one weekend day (8 hours).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $138,000–$159,000 annually (average $147,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care: assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams and preventive screenings
• Develop and manage patient treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain one
• 1–2 years primary care experience preferred; strong new graduates with relevant clinical training considered
