Hospitalist Physician — Full-Time 7on/7off (Great Falls, MT)

Join a collaborative, well-respected hospitalist team in Great Falls, Montana, practicing full-time at a modern 46-bed acute-care hospital with advanced diagnostic, procedural, and surgical capabilities.

Practice highlights

• Employed, full-time position on a 7-on/7-off block schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
• Dedicated nocturnists and in-house pulmonary/critical care physicians
• Average daily census ~15 patients per hospitalist
• Telemedicine critical care/pulmonology support and broad on-call specialty coverage
• Nursing ratio typically 1:5 (adjusted for acuity)
• Facility includes a 10-bed open ICU, advanced cath labs, a 5-OR inpatient surgical suite, adjacent 4-OR ambulatory surgery center, and an 8-bed emergency department staffed by experienced clinicians

Preferred procedural experience

• Central line placement, intubation, and arterial line insertion—candidates comfortable with or experienced in these procedures are strongly encouraged to apply

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Montana
• Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered approach, and excellent teamwork and communication skills
