Mission-Driven OB/GYN Hospitalist — Milwaukee (Flexible Shifts, Teaching & High-Acuity Care)

Join a mission-driven OB/GYN hospitalist team in Milwaukee, WI. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians are invited to join an expanding Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for high- and low-risk obstetric patients
• Evaluate and manage emergent gynecologic conditions
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary hospital care team in a high-acuity environment
• Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
• Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

Schedule

• Option of 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Evenly distributed nights, weekends, and holiday coverage
• Flexible number of shifts per month to support work-life balance

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Wisconsin medical license
