Family Medicine Physician — Adult Primary Care (Auburn, NY)

Join an established outpatient adult primary care practice in Auburn, NY. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within an efficient, team-based clinical environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Weekly on-call rotation

Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care for adult patients
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain ~15-minute appointment slots
• Coordinate care with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity and quality
• Document and communicate care using the EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
