Join a collaborative pulmonary team in Great Falls, MT, delivering high-quality care in a supportive, innovative health system. You will work alongside two experienced pulmonologists—one providing critical care coverage and consultations—in a practice that prioritizes work-life balance and clinical excellence.
Position highlights:
- Predominantly outpatient pulmonology with the option to add Sleep Medicine
- New bronchoscopy lab with bronchoscopy and EBUS capability
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; flexible to a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
- Light, shared on-call responsibilities
- Strong internal referral network and rapid access to subspecialty and emergency services
Hospital and facility features:
- Acute care hospital with 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU
- Five ORs plus a four-OR surgery center with five observation beds
- Two catheterization suites with an eight-bed pre/post procedure unit
- Eight-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians
- Advanced diagnostics, imaging, and a full complement of in-house specialties
- Modern, integrated EMR and clinical support systems

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine
- Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Interest in Sleep Medicine is a plus, but not required
