Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a rapidly growing, patient-focused health system in Great Falls, MT. This is an opportunity to join a busy, well-established practice with a strong internal referral network, excellent reputation, and full hospital support.

Position highlights

  • General ENT practice with some facial trauma care.
  • Light call schedule (approximately 1:4, nights and weekends); excess call stipends available.
  • Flexible Monday–Friday hours with option for a four-day work week.
  • daVinci Xi robot available for surgeons interested in robotic procedures.
  • Large internal referral base and opportunity to expand an existing patient panel.
  • Hospitalist and dedicated nocturnist support.
  • H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available.

Facility & resources

  • Acute care hospital with 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU.
  • Two cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit.
  • Five ORs plus a 4-OR surgery center and five observation beds.
  • Busy 8-bed emergency department staffed by experienced teams.
  • Full spectrum of on-site referring specialties and emergent care.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Montana.
