Join a provider-led, patient-focused health system in Great Falls, MT as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician. This full-time, 100% outpatient role offers a flexible schedule, collaborative team environment, and strong work/life balance in a welcoming Montana community.
Practice overview
- Outpatient-only practice, Monday–Friday schedule with an optional four-day workweek
- No inpatient responsibilities; hospitalist team manages admissions
- Evening phone-only call rotation (1:10)
- Team includes three physicians and six advanced practice providers
- Fully staffed acute care hospital with in-house specialty support
Facility resources
- 36-bed inpatient unit and 10-bed open ICU
- Two catheterization labs with pre/post-procedure unit
- Five operating rooms plus a four-room ambulatory surgery center
- Eight-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced EM providers
- Dedicated observation beds
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Eligible for Montana medical licensure
