A well-established private orthopedic and neurosurgical group in Omaha, Nebraska is expanding and seeks a fellowship-trained adult reconstructive orthopedic surgeon with expertise in total joint procedures—especially the anterior approach to hip replacement—to join our multidisciplinary team. Our practice provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care across orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and spine, serving a growing patient population with high-quality, patient-centered services.
Position highlights:
- Immediate demand for anterior hip replacements, with no current providers performing this approach—opportunity to rapidly build a high-volume practice.
- Collaborative, collegial environment alongside board-certified orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, spine specialists, and experienced advanced practice providers.
- First-year guaranteed salary benchmarked to MGMA, transitioning to a direct billing/physician-fee model with upside potential to exceed $1M annually.
- Ownership and investment opportunities in the clinic, a local physician-owned surgical hospital, and related real estate.

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency and a fellowship in adult reconstruction/total joint surgery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the anterior hip approach.
- Board certified or board eligible in orthopedic surgery and eligible for a Nebraska medical license.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills; team-oriented and committed to high-quality patient care.
