Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician — Lubbock, TX (H-1B Sponsorship, FT/PT/PRN)

Join a collaborative team of Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers in Lubbock, Texas, delivering high-quality, family-centered emergency care.

The role

• Provide comprehensive pediatric emergency care in a 16‑bed ED with 2 trauma bays at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Coverage varies seasonally (24–36 hours/day) based on patient volume.
• Teaching opportunities with Pediatric and Family Medicine residents.
• Strong subspecialty support and a dedicated OB ED.
• Use EPIC EMR with 12 hours/day scribe coverage.
• On-site CT, MRI, ultrasound, and bedside ultrasound for efficient diagnostics.
• Facility qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Scheduling & compensation

• Full-time: minimum 120 hours/month to qualify for full benefits.
• Part-time and PRN options available.
• W-2 employment; hourly rate $250–$265.

Visa & credentialing

• H‑1B visa sponsorship available; in-house visa specialists assist and employer covers required filing fees.
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and authorized to work in the United States.
