Orthopedic Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner — Littleton, NH (FT, $110-130K)

We’re seeking a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established practice in Littleton, NH. If you have orthopedic experience and are comfortable performing trigger point injections, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate patients and review histories to diagnose orthopedic conditions like fractures, sprains, and arthritis.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (x-rays, MRIs, labs) and use those results to guide care.
• Develop treatment plans that may include medications, physical therapy, or referral for surgery.
• Assist with and perform common orthopedic procedures and interventions.
• Prescribe and oversee rehabilitation exercises and monitor patient progress after injury or surgery.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team — physical and occupational therapists, surgeons, and other providers — to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $110,000–$130,000

Requirements:

• Valid PA or NP license (New Hampshire licensure required)
• DEA registration
