Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or PA — Level III Trauma Center, Collaborative Team & Flexible Schedule

Join a close-knit Emergency Medicine team in Moses Lake, WA, where you’ll work alongside nine board-certified emergency physicians and three advanced practice providers at a Level III Trauma Center with an annual ED volume of about 25,000. Our department values collaboration and strong relationships across the hospital—regular partners include hospitalists, general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele-neurology—so you’ll be supported when managing a wide range of patient needs.

Schedule highlights

• APP shifts: 2:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., designed to overlap with physician coverage (physician shifts include 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.).
• Flexible scheduling that respects personal needs and promotes work–life balance.

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with recent acute care experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience—this role carries significant autonomy and manages high-acuity patients.
• Comfortable working independently while knowing you have on-site physician support.
• Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
