Locum CRNA (Outpatient 70%/Inpatient 30%) — Midland, MI — Mon–Fri, ASAP Start

We’re looking for a Locums CRNA to join a team in Midland, MI — ideally available to start ASAP with a strong chance the assignment will be extended. This role is a mix of outpatient and inpatient work (roughly 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient) and covers a broad caseload, so you’ll get variety day to day.

Schedule and call

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Standard on-call is 1:4, but staffing shortages mean you should expect to take on additional call shifts as needed

Clinical scope
You’ll manage cases across multiple specialties including endoscopy, general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, pain management, urology, and vascular surgery. Strong hands-on skills are required — particularly with spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, and arterial catheters.

Basic requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Michigan license preferred; candidates with IMLC privileges will also be considered
