Glaucoma Specialist (Ophthalmologist) — Brown University Health, Providence, RI

Brown University Health invites a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Glaucoma specialist to join a collaborative Ophthalmology team in Providence, Rhode Island. This academically affiliated role offers a mix of high-quality clinical care and surgical practice within a strong referral network and access to advanced surgical facilities.

You will become part of a 12-provider ophthalmology group delivering comprehensive primary and specialty eye care, focusing on medical and surgical management of glaucoma. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic care and operative procedures at two fully equipped surgical centers in Providence, RI and Attleboro, MA.

Academic engagement is encouraged and supported. Opportunities include active participation in a residency program with Brown-affiliated medical students, teaching and mentoring Physician Assistant students during rotations, and contributing to education and mentorship initiatives.

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $225,000–$325,000 plus RVU-based productivity incentives

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
