Director, Cardiac Catheterization Lab — Interventional Cardiologist (StateoftheArt Cath Lab, 1:5 Call, Competitive Pay)

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to lead the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at a hospital just south of Boston, MA. This leadership position blends advanced clinical practice with strategic, operational, and quality oversight of a modern Cath Lab. The Director will champion patient-centered cardiovascular care, enhance clinical performance, and support program growth and innovation.

Practice highlights

• Join a multidisciplinary cardiology team with strong clinical and operational support
• Practice in a state-of-the-art Catheterization Laboratory offering primary and elective PCI
• Provide 24/7 emergency cardiac care, including management of acute myocardial infarction
• Balanced inpatient and outpatient caseload
• Structured weekly schedule: four clinical days and one administrative day
• Shared hospital-based call rotation (1:5)

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in program development preferred
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $400,000–$475,000
