Family Medicine Physician & Faculty — Clinical Care + Residency Teaching in Valparaiso, IN

Join our team in Valparaiso, Indiana, as a full-time Family Medicine physician where you’ll balance patient care with teaching. You’ll spend two days each week seeing patients—managing chronic conditions, promoting wellness, and delivering preventive services—and the other two days mentoring residents as part of our Physician Residency Program.

Faculty responsibilities:

• Supervise and teach residents during clinic and academic sessions
• Help arrange resident rotations to meet program goals and accreditation standards
• Provide academic counseling and mentorship to support resident growth
• Take part in on-site program reviews to maintain quality and compliance
• Assist with recruitment and selection of new residency candidates
• Perform other clinical and academic duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completed an approved residency program in Family Medicine
• Board certified
• DEA and CPR certification
• Valid Indiana medical license
• Commitment to continuing medical education
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
