Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Phoenix, AZ (Full-Time, Visa Sponsorship)

We are seeking a dedicated outpatient Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Phoenix team. This full-time role emphasizes community-focused primary care in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call, ideal for clinicians who value work-life balance and meaningful patient relationships.

Position highlights:

• 100% outpatient practice with minimal call responsibilities
• Accepting 2027 graduates

• Compensation: $239,000–$253,000 plus benefits
• Sign-on bonus
• Paid time off: 4 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays
• CME: 1 additional week off for CME with a $4,000 stipend

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
• Prior family medicine experience preferred but not required
