Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions (acute injuries and chronic disorders)
• Perform advanced foot and ankle surgical procedures
• Create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and coding
• Contribute to practice growth, quality improvement, and peer collaboration

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
• Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to a high-touch, patient-focused subspecialty practice model
