General Dentist — Community-Focused Practice in Roanoke Rapids, NC (FT, 4x10s)

Join a patient-focused medical/dental home in the scenic northeastern region of North Carolina and help deliver high-quality oral care to a diverse and often underserved community. You’ll work with a supportive team in modern clinics equipped with digital imaging and eClinicalWorks (eCW) for dental records and practice management. Typical schedules are four 10-hour days per week, caring for patients of all ages in a collaborative environment.

Compensation & incentives

• Competitive salary: $165,000–$170,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance when applicable
• Annual continuing education support: up to $3,000 and 40 hours
• Eligible for federal loan repayment programs (NHSC Scholars, Loan Repayment Program, Students to Service)
• Potential state high-needs bonus for dentists without outstanding student loans

What we’re looking for

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred, or completion of a residency
• BLS certification required
• Successful completion of Federal and State criminal background checks and drug screening
• A commitment to serving a diverse, underserved population
