Job Description

Join a well-established, multi-disciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, MA as a full-time adult primary care physician. This is a 100% outpatient, clinic-based position focused entirely on adult medicine with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), no call, and no weekend duties—perfect for work-life balance.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The practice serves a diverse community, so there’s a strong emphasis on culturally competent care and advancing health equity.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for adults in a busy outpatient setting.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Promote preventive health and patient education to support better long-term outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to create care plans that address medical and social needs.
  • Contribute to community-focused initiatives that aim to reduce disparities and improve access to care.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $220,000–$258,824 per year.

What we’re looking for:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
  • Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is preferred.
  • Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health is a plus.
