BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon – Knee & Shoulder Specialist (High-Earnings, Independent Practice)

A well-established, growing private orthopedic practice in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in knee and shoulder care and capability to manage comprehensive upper- and lower-extremity conditions.

Practice description

• Physician-driven, collaborative private practice with strong referral network and established rehab partnerships.
• Modern outpatient clinics and affiliated ambulatory surgery centers/hospital operating rooms.
• Opportunity to build a high-volume practice with professional independence and significant earning upside.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide surgical and non-surgical care for:
  • Knee and shoulder pathology
  • Sports-related injuries
  • Degenerative and traumatic upper- and lower-extremity conditions
• Manage perioperative care, coordinate with rehabilitation services, and participate in patient follow-up and clinic coverage as needed.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range: $300,000–$600,000 annually

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, or Extremity Orthopedics preferred
• Eligibility for New Jersey medical license, CDS, and DEA
