Pulmonary Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) — Boston, MA

Join a well-established, growing pulmonary practice just south of Boston as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Work alongside experienced pulmonologists in a collaborative, physician-led team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered pulmonary care in modern facilities with strong clinical support.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
• Perform follow-up visits and long-term disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including PFTs, imaging, and labs
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide patient education on disease management and prevention
• Accurately document encounters in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with pulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Current NP or PA certification and Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
• Prior pulmonary medicine experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest will be considered
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork

Position details

• Full-time, employed role
• Competitive compensation: $110,000–$140,000 DOE
