OB/GYN Hospitalist (Obstetrics & Gynecology) — Dallas, TX

Join a hospital-based obstetrics team in Dallas, TX as an OB/GYN hospitalist. This role is acute-care focused, providing immediate in-house OB/GYN expertise for obstetric emergencies. No clinic or office management responsibilities.

Schedule and Workload

• Hospitalist-only role; no outpatient clinic
• Typical schedule: 7–9 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
• No on-call duties outside scheduled shifts
• Immediate in-house availability for labor and delivery emergencies

Clinical Environment and Support

• Work within a multidisciplinary labor and delivery team
• Physician-focused model prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency
• Strong nursing and ancillary support on the unit

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $300,000–$340,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Current DEA registration
