Family Medicine Physician — FQHC Opportunity in Tallahassee, FL (Guaranteed $185k + Benefits)

Join a well-established FQHC serving North Florida as a Family Medicine Physician based in Tallahassee. The organization provides accessible, high-quality medical and dental care to families across multiple sites. You will deliver comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, coordinate proactive care for chronic conditions, identify preventive and wellness needs, and collaborate closely with clinical staff. This role reports to the site medical director.

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $185,000 annually
• Bonus incentives tied to patient volume

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Current resident or graduate of an approved residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
• New graduates and current residents encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care: history, exam, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in accordance with clinic policies and protocols
• Manage patients across the lifespan, including chronic disease management and preventive care
• Engage with multidisciplinary staff to plan and implement service improvements and quality initiatives
