Internal/Family Medicine Physician – Primary Care (West Phoenix, AZ)

Join our West Phoenix, AZ primary care team as a full-time Internal or Family Medicine physician providing comprehensive, continuity care to individuals and families across the lifespan. You will deliver high-quality preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management while educating patients to promote long-term wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive care, screenings, and health maintenance
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and coordinate referrals
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, self-management, and lifestyle interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
