Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed dermatology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
• Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient general dermatology care (Monday–Friday, no weekends)
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to current and future physician assistants
• Participate in business development and practice expansion activities
• Contribute to financial management and operational decision-making
• Engage with the local community to grow referral networks
• Mentor staff and support leadership development initiatives
• Deliver patient-centered care consistent with practice standards
