Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
• Eligibility for Colorado medical licensure
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Compensation & benefits:

• Year 1 guaranteed compensation $450,000–$650,000, plus signing bonus and forgivable income guarantee to support full earnings from day one
• Productivity-based compensation beginning Year 2 with clear path to $800,000+ annually
