Orthopedic PA/NP — Full-Time in Littleton, NH | $110–130K + Benefits

Full-time opportunity for an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established orthopedic practice in Littleton, NH. Must have orthopedic experience and be proficient with trigger point injections.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, obtain histories, and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions (fractures, sprains, arthritis, etc.)
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (x-ray, MRI, labs)
• Develop and implement treatment plans including medications, physical therapy, injections, and referrals for surgical care
• Assist with and perform office-based procedures and support surgical care (arthroscopy, fracture management, joint replacement care pathway)
• Prescribe and monitor rehabilitation programs and follow patient progress
• Provide patient education on injury prevention and musculoskeletal health
• Coordinate care with surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, and other providers
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate clearly with patients and care teams

Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Active New Hampshire license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated orthopedic clinical experience
• Competence with trigger point injections
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $110,000–$130,000
