Locum Emergency Medicine Physician — Overnight Coverage (3 Sites) — Boston, MA

We are seeking a skilled Locum Emergency Department Physician to provide high-quality emergency care at three sites just north of Boston. This temporary opportunity allows you to practice in a respected healthcare environment while enjoying access to Boston’s cultural, academic, and coastal amenities.

Compensation

• $275 per hour

Position highlights

• Coverage at three sites north of Boston
• 3–4 shifts per month required
• Overnight shifts are the primary need
• No pediatric patients; not a trauma center
• EM Board Certification required

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in the Emergency Department
• Deliver timely, evidence-based emergency care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain accurate, thorough patient documentation
• Contribute to patient care quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Current DEA registration
