Compensation
- Base salary $350,000+ depending on experience
- RVU bonus structure

Requirements
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Fellowship trained
- Current NH medical license or ability to obtain

Position Details
- Full-time, permanent
- 4-day work week
- Current team: 3 OB/GYN physicians
- Light call rotation
- Average deliveries: ~1–2 babies per day
- Neonatology on site
- Dartmouth‑Hitchcock affiliation
Facility & Location
- 25-bed critical access hospital
- Littleton, NH: year-round outdoor recreation, no state income tax, convenient to Boston and Montreal, highly regarded small-town community.
