Partnership-Track General Anesthesiologist — $400K+, Rapid Growth, Strong Regional/CT Team (Bethlehem, PA)

Join a growing, physician-owned anesthesia group of 63 MDs and 105 CRNAs in Bethlehem, PA. We are seeking a full-time, partnership-track general anesthesiologist with strong regional anesthesia skills. New residency graduates from the class of 2022 are welcome to apply; fellowship-trained candidates will receive strong consideration.

You will practice broad-based anesthesiology with access to a dedicated, fellowship-trained cardiac anesthesia team. Typical cases include orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and general surgery.

Call schedule

• In-house (first call) every 14 days: weekdays begin at 3–4 PM and end at 7 AM the following day. Weekend in-house call is 24 hours (7 AM–7 AM); you will be supported by 2–3 CRNAs on 24-hour call.
• Backup (second call) every 14 days.

Compensation and partnership

• Starting salary: $400,000 year one; $425,000 year two.
• Partnership considered after 18 months and granted at the completion of two years. Partner compensation averages over $450,000 annually.
