Travel Anesthesiologist

We are looking for elite physicians that are versatile, provide stabilizing clinical leadership and can serve as excellent representatives of the organization across a variety of locations.

Requirements:

• ABA or AOBA board-certified
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills and experience necessary to potentially fill interim medical director role
• Willingness to travel and work at any facility for 3 to 6 months
• Licensure in a minimum of 5 states; TeamHealth will help with needed state licensure  
• Must have a clean background. Rapid deployment and credentialing requires having no restrictions to practice. 

Clinical and Leadership Skills:

• Have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving 
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of the financial factors involved that may influence practice management decisions 
• Emotional intelligence in dealing with personnel issues and key stakeholders in the facility
• Must have the ability to perform a wide variety of cases due to the varying needs of our hospital partners. 
• CV capability a plus but not necessary

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary of $700,000 to $700,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
• 12 weeks paid time off
• Sign-on bonus offered
