Geriatric-Focused Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Tucson, AZ

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to deliver comprehensive primary care to Institutional Special Needs Plan members across Tucson, Arizona. This role emphasizes value-based medicine—preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and quality outcomes—for medically complex geriatric patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $211,369–$317,053.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one; current DEA registration.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience caring for geriatric, post-acute care, SNF/LTC, or medically complex populations preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and collaborative team skills.
