Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician — Primary Care (Tacoma, WA)

Join a supportive, team-based primary care practice in Tacoma, WA where you can deliver whole-person, relationship-centered care. We’re looking for a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician who values preventive medicine and collaborative, value-based care—someone who wants to improve patient outcomes while working with a dedicated clinical team.

• A manageable patient panel (about 10–15 patients per day) with extended appointment times (20–60 minutes) so you can spend meaningful time with each person.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency (Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine considered)
• Current board certification (ABFM, ABIM, or AOA)
• At least 3 years of primary care experience
• Current, unrestricted Washington medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Negative TB test documented within 12 months prior to start date
• Experience working in a team-based care environment
• Comfort with electronic medical records (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical coding and documentation, including Medicare Advantage and HCC coding
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
