Job Description
Join a collaborative, team-based primary care practice in Anchorage, Alaska, delivering whole-person, relationship-centered care. We seek a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician committed to preventive medicine and improved patient outcomes within a value-based care model.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive primary care with extended appointment times (20–60 minutes) to support relationship-based medicine.
- Manage a low-volume clinic schedule (approximately 10–15 patients per day) to allow deeper care and care coordination.
- Work closely with a dedicated clinical team—including health coaches—to support patient engagement, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
- Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives; leadership opportunities available as the organization grows.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive salary range: $243,074–$364,611

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency (Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine considered)
- Board certification through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA
- Minimum of 3 years’ primary care experience
- Current unrestricted Alaska medical license or ability to obtain; current DEA registration
- Negative TB test within 12 months prior to start
- Experience in team-based care and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Knowledge of medical coding/documentation, including Medicare Advantage and HCC coding
- Comfortable using Google Workspace
