• Favorable schedule: 5 days on, 10 days off with flexibility built in
• Shift hours 7 am - 7 pm; remaining call taken from home
• Join a team of 2 other pediatric hospitalists with floor staff support
• Inpatient census of 8 - 10 patients plus well-baby and level II nursery rounding
• ER consults and high-risk delivery coverage included in scope
• NRP certification required; circumcision ability preferred
• Hospital-employed position with malpractice and tail coverage provided
