• Type of Role:

  • Seeking additional team members: Orthopedic General, Trauma and/or Spine surgeon to the team
  • Opportunity created due to upcoming retirement and expansion. 

• Practice Highlights:

  • Part of a team with 5 established Orthopedic Specialists.

  • Modern facilities attached to a hospital for seamless patient care.

• Practice Potential:

  • Increasing patient volume with 3,100 office visits/day in 1st year, 4,300+ in subsequent years.
  • Growing procedural demand: 400 in 1st year, 500+ thereafter.

• Facilities & Resources:

  • Full-time clinic operating Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. Autonomy in schedule. 
  • In-house ancillary services including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI.
  • Total staff: 40 FTEs with a supportive mix of clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Compensation & Financials:

  • Employed position w/ base salary determined by experience.
  • Incentives based on wRVU production.
  • Comprehensive billing and collection system in place.
  • 90th% earning potential 

• Benefits:

  • Relocation Allowance: $12,000.
  • Signing Bonus: BOE

  • CME Allowance: $3,000 + $1,500 for professional expenses.
