Position Summary:

Join a thriving, well-established gastroenterology practice in Knoxville, seeking a dedicated physician to expand our team. Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with an outpatient-focused role and minimal inpatient responsibilities.

Practice Type:

• Primarily outpatient with focusing on hospital procedures 
  
• APPs work as extenders and see patients in clinic. Collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care
  

Current Team Structure:

• 3 Gastroenterologists
• 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Supportive staff and operations manager to streamline clinic workflow

Schedule:

• Clinic Schedule: Flexible, tailored to physician preferences; finalized in collaboration with operations manager. 
• Call Schedule: Call rotation for own patients only (No ER call) 

Technology:

• Cerner EMR system ("eCare") for efficient documentation and patient management

Compensation Package:

• Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skillset, with transparent market-aligned compensation
• Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000 in student loan repayment for qualifying candidates
• Resident/Fellow Stipend: Monthly stipend of $2,500 available for fellows committing early (up to 12 months prior to start)
